Directions to the Brighton & Hove clinic

We welcome visitors at the clinic, but we do ask that you arrange a time for your visit, in advance of turning up. Sessions with patients run all day long, and unscheduled visitors can disrupt these private times. If you’d like to come and meet us, please contact us first.

The address of the Brighton & Hove clinic is 36 Robertson Road, Brighton BN1 5NL, UK (telephone 01273 330213). (the direct clinic phone number that bypasses our virtual receptionists is +44 (0)1273 330213). When you arrive, please press the buzzer marked Phoenix Homeopathy - clients by the central of the three entrance doors.

by car

The RAC and AA have routefinder services online, or you can visit MapQuest and click on Driving directions, entering your own postcode and the clinic’s postcode, BN1 5NL. There is free on-street parking in Robertson Road and in the surrounding streets.

by bus

Frequent buses serve nearby Preston Road, including the number 5 and number 5a (from Brighton’s Churchill Square and the Old Steine towards the direction of Patcham) at approximately 20 minute intervals during weekdays. Buses run less frequently in the evenings and at weekends.

by train

Preston Park station, on the London Victoria/London Kings Cross Thameslink – Gatwick - Brighton line is the nearest station and is approximately 300yards from our clinic. Direct trains from London Victoria or London Kings Cross Thameslink take approximately 50min to 1hr25min depending on time of day and train selected. When you arrive, head for the Hampstead Road (rear) exit, towards the Station hotel/pub, then turn left into Robertson Road.

by air

London Gatwick airport is just under 30miles north of our clinic. If arriving by air, you can join a train from London to Brighton at the airport train station, and alight at Preston Park station (see above).

bicycles

Bicycles may be chained to the railings in front of the left-hand shop window of the building, but are left at your own risk.

accessibility

The clinic is not suitable for anyone with mobility challenges, as there is a steep flight of stairs down to the clinic. Please contact us immediately if this affects your appointment, and we will make other arrangements.

information about the clinic

Waiting room space is limited at the clinic, so please arrive as near to your appointment time as possible to avoid interrupting the previous session or wasting your own treatment time. Complimentary still spring/mineral water and herb tea are provided to clinic patients (time permitting). Please note that the clinic (including the waiting area) is closed for practitioners’ lunch between 13:00hrs and 14:00hrs every day.

children

Although we have toys for our younger patients, and an Aquadraw mat and pens, please make sure that you bring with you: something (un-messy and non-staining) for your child to eat and drink if he or she is likely to get hungry; one or two of their favourite, quiet toys (pens, felt tips and crayons are not permitted in the clinic); and their favourite comforter. Separate baby-changing facilities are not available, but we can provide a changing mat and hand-washing facilities if necessary.
